Ebay & Amazon Returns/Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all goods purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must make contact immediately by using either one of the eBay or amazon message services provided from where you made your original purchase. You will receive a reply within 48 hours. We use standard eBay and amazon return policies…full policy details can be found on each of the sites. Do not return anything until it has been officially authorised by us.

All returned items must be returned in their original packaging in “as new” condition, using a trackable delivery service. Do not fold or bend any items to reduce the package size as this will damage the goods being returned and make them unfit for resale. Goods that have been folded or condensed in size will be classed as damaged and will not be refunded in full, a damage compensation charge will be deducted from the final refund subject to the cost incurred to make “as new” and fit for resale. Please note because all our products are made to order we will only give refunds for faulty items and goods damaged in transit for which photographic evidence of the damage is required prior to returning. Delivery costs will only be refunded for faulty goods – incorrect orders sent – and for whole or part orders lost in transit.
