Returns/Refund Policy
- We are pleased to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all goods purchased
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us immediately by email to: sales@zippyuk.com
- In your email to us, list the reasons for your concern (e.g. product was damaged during shipping, you changed your mind, order was incorrect etc) and state what action you would like us to take. (e.g. different product, refund etc)
- Whatever the problem it will be dealt with immediately
- Do not return anything until we have authorised it
- Refunds will only be given after the goods have been safely returned to us and in their original condition. We will not give refunds for goods that have been used. Ours is a refund policy not an exchange policy.
- Please note that carriage costs will only be refunded for faulty goods or incorrect orders
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests from customers deemeds to be abusing our refund policy
